Day 1: Nairobi to Tsavo West
Depart Nairobi in the morning for Tsavo West National Park (approximately 4-5 hours by road). Arrive in Tsavo West and check into your lodge or camp. Afternoon game drive to explore the park’s diverse landscapes and wildlife. Visit Mzima Springs, known for its crystal-clear waters and resident hippos and crocodiles. Dinner and overnight stay in Tsavo West.
Day 2: Tsavo West to Tsavo East
Morning game drive in Tsavo West. After breakfast, drive to Tsavo East National Park. Afternoon game drive in Tsavo East, known for its vast open plains and large herds of red elephants. Check into your accommodation. Dinner and overnight stay in Tsavo East.
Day 3: Tsavo East to Amboseli
Early morning game drive in Tsavo East. Breakfast and then drive to Amboseli National Park (approximately 4-5 hours). Arrive in Amboseli, known for its stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Afternoon game drive with a focus on the park’s abundant wildlife, including elephants, lions, and giraffes. Dinner and overnight stay in Amboseli.
Day 4: Amboseli
Early morning game drive with views of Mount Kilimanjaro at sunrise. Return to the lodge for breakfast. Optional visit to a Maasai village to learn about their culture and traditions. Afternoon leisure time or additional game drive. Dinner and overnight stay in Amboseli.
Day 5: Amboseli to Nairobi
Morning game drive in Amboseli. Breakfast at the lodge. Drive back to Nairobi (approximately 4-5 hours). Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon. Optional city tour or visit to attractions like the Karen Blixen Museum. Departure from Nairobi in the evening or overnight stay.
